We are delighted to announce that furthering our conservation and responsible tourism efforts, in 2013 we became the first kayak tour operator and only Baja and Patagonia outfitter to join the Responsible Whale Watch Partnership. We join just 12 other companies in effort to raise the standards of whale and dolphin watching worldwide.

National Geographic Traveler Magazine's website "Best Deals for Adventurous Travelers" list featured our British Columbia kayaking and whale watching trip in Johnstone Strait.

National Geographic Adventure Magazine rated Sea Kayak Adventures as one of the "Best Adventure Travel Companies on Earth" in 2009. With the help of noteworthy organizations like Sustainable Travel International and the Adventure Travel Trade Association, National Geographic used five criteria to generate an overall rating: education, sustainability, quality of service, spirit of adventure and client satisfaction.

National Geographic Traveler Magazine's "50 Tours of a Lifetime" list featured our Baja kayaking and whale watching trip "Sea of Cortez/Magdalena Bay Combo".

Outside Magazine rates our British Columbia sea kayak trip "Wilderness Islands" in Queen Charlotte Strait “one of the 48 Best Trips of a Lifetime” in 2004.

National Geographic Adventure Magazine chose Sea Kayak Adventures "Gray Whales of Magdalena Bay" as one of the world's 25 best adventures of 2004 and featured the trip on its cover.
