"Kayaking with you in Sea of Cortez was the best way to
celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary" --Les Kemp
"Despite having been on your God's Pocket lodge tour a
year before and loving it, our latest God's Pocket trip with our family members
exceeded our already high expectations. Lodge owners Bill and Annie have
mastered the technique of making guests feel truly like family, and our family
loved it as much as we do. Spectacular scenery, varied wildlife sightings,
comfortable lodge, wonderful hosts and phenomenal guides (the best we've ever
travelled with!) combined to provide one of the best vacations we have ever
experienced. Thank you so much."
-- John & Holly Polacek, God's Pocket lodge-based tour BC
How did you
arrange for orcas to greet us on the first day and humpbacks to bid us farewell
at the end? But seriously, the trip met my expectations and more. Great value
for the price. -- Ralph Parks,
Johnstone Strait
"Both the kayaking and yoga went hand
in hand to make the trip exceptional; and the wilderness setting was so
relaxing; guides and yoga instructor were awesome - my best trip ever!"
-- Evelyn Gelegonya,
Sea of Cortez kayak/whales/yoga combo
"The trip exceeded my
expectations
outstanding guides, excellent food, well planned, beautiful
location. The weather was perfect
blue skies, sunshine and warm
temperatures with a light breeze. The kayaking and snorkeling were
great." -- Arthur Rosenshein, Sea of
Cortez (Loreto, Baja California, Mexico)
"This was a true vacation in all sense
of the word; I loved it!"
-- Mike
Aitchison, Sea of Cortez
"This trip was on par with our Grand
Canyon trip - best two trips of our lives. Your Mexican guides gave us
the great gift of themselves and we all adored them. Amazing food - how often
do you get WARM cake when camping?? What a New Year's!
-- Jennifer
Katze, Sea of Cortez |

Traveler magazines 2009 Tours of a Lifetime, featured in the May/June
2009 issue: Every year, the editorial team combs the world to
find the most authentic, most innovative, most immersive, best-guided, and most
sustainable tours, notes senior editor Norie Quintos. This year, we
wanted to make sure that the trips we picked were also a great value, given the
economic climate. What we found is that there is no better time to go on a
guided tour than now as the traditional savings offered by an outfitter being
able to negotiate better rates on a trips components is magnified by
cheaper airfares, a strengthened dollar, and more discounts, freebies, and
extras. Heather Wyatt -Publicity Director |
